This website does not use contact forms or registration systems. Personal data is collected only when you contact us voluntarily:

• Via WhatsApp: your phone number and the messages you send us
• Via email: your email address and the content of your message
• Via order: name, delivery address and order details (when placing an order through WhatsApp)

Additionally, our web hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. automatically logs technical server access data, including:

• Visitor's IP address
• Date and time of access
• Pages visited and visit duration
• Browser type and operating system
• Country of origin of the connection

This data is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their own privacy policy and is used exclusively for the technical operation and security of the site.

3. Purpose of data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiries about our coffees and products
• Processing orders, payments and deliveries
• Maintaining pre-contractual or contractual commercial communication
• Handling wholesale requests and collaborations

We do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on:

• Your explicit consent when you contact us voluntarily
• Legitimate interest to respond to inquiries and manage orders (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Performance of a contract when a sale or active commercial relationship exists

5. Data retention

We retain your contact data for as long as necessary to manage your order or inquiry and, in the case of a commercial relationship, for the legally required period (minimum 5 years under Panamanian commercial law).

Cloudflare's technical logs are retained according to their own retention policies.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed by:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (web hosting and CDN, USA) – with adequate protection guarantees
• Meta Platforms / WhatsApp – when communication takes place through that channel
• Google LLC (Gmail) – for receiving email correspondence
• Local delivery providers – only the data necessary (name, address, phone) to deliver your order

7. Your rights

Under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 and the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: request information about the data we hold about you
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: request the deletion of your data
• Objection: object to the processing of your data
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect
